I was born with an innate “way with words.” I’ve discovered that when matched with life experience and viewed through my unique and curious lens, that natural talent transforms into my superpower: storytelling.

Storytelling is connection and the longer I’m here on planet earth, the more I crave connection with my fellow humans - their minds, hearts and spirits. By writing my stories, I hope to connect to you; by reading my stories, I hope you’ll feel a connections to me. That’s a beautiful thing.

So I navigate my life with an eye and ear peeled for stories that need telling. Stories that try to make sense of things, express my way of seeing the world and extoll my passions for everything from hoppin’ john to personal trauma; cats to surgery. I won’t promise I’ll always be a ray of sunshine, but I’ll often be thought-provoking and ALWAYS authentic in Once a Time a Time.
